He took the time to listen to what we wanted and understood how important it was to get everything right. He was a true gentleman and because if his professionalism we were able to see dad off in style. I cannot recommend their services high enough. I would never use any other company. Please use this funeral directors, right from the start had a warm Welcome Gemma was amazing so warming . Took Lots of the pain away . David ( undertaker ) touched my heart he was a real gent . Nothing was rushed . Amy made mum look beautiful like she was . All the other undertakers gentlemen felt like they all new us and mum Very personal experience . Can’t thank enough . I’m A very fussy being , but can’t fault this service and compassion . Thank you xx

Wouldn't recommend at all we phoned up making an enquiry and the lady was rude on the phone and even hung up.totally unprofessional we're going through a tough time as it is without the hassle of dealing with attitude,I don't ask for much but a bit of respect and politeness would have gone a long way
