2-3 Week lead time was given as an estimate on a GLB, following an error at GB's end I was then upsold to a more expensive car as the more basic ones had now been sold. After more paperwork errors and delays at GB Leasing's end (ostensibly due to Mercedes Benz, fine, but our contract isn't with Mercedes) we ended up 3 months into this 2-3 week process. was only offered an alternative when it turned out the one I had ordered was going to be another month and I cancelled the order. I paid 240.00 for a "vehicle sourcing fee", which seems a bit much when nothing was sourced in anything like a reasonable timescale. Having said they would refund this 240.00, have now decided they won't due to a mechanism on their order form which allows them 60 days tolerance against their projected delivery date - presumably for unforeseen delays. This would be fair enough, if there was ever a delivery date given that had held for longer than a week. Their response to this review will no doubt look to blame me, to this end, I am Happy to provide screenshots of each delay and error for anyone who feels they would like to know more about this company before handing over money, to be passed round the houses and have their time wasted.

When other lease companies didn't respond, this company listened to my exact requirements and sanctioned them with efficiency. Karl in administration answered all my queries promptly and I received my new car within 4 weeks from enquiry, other firms had a lead time of around 3/4 months. I could not fault the service from initial call to receiving my car.

Jaguar iPace delivered on day advised. Very competitive price compared to main dealer at the time of booking. Extremely good communication throughout the process with friendly considerate individuals. However, details of my existing vehicle finance had not been checked and as my existing vehicle was to be taken in part exchange, a problem arose. GB Vehicle Finance assisted the circumnavigation of the problem, but I was left in do doubt that changing my mind about proceeding with the deal was not an option unless I accepted financial penalties, even though I had wanted to do so well within the 2 week cooling off period offered by the Lloyds Bank finance company. It seems that having signed the initial 'Agreement' with GB Vehicle Leasing, I was now legally obliged to proceed, as the two week cooling off period associated with that 'Agreement' had elapsed. This cooling off period is not to be confused with the subsequent cooling off period given by Lloyds finance company further down the line. You will be financially penalised if you decide to cancel either the 'Agreement' or the 'Finance Agreement' it seems and I was left in do doubt about this by GB Vehicle Leasing. Whilst this is stated on the paperwork, I feel it could be set out more clearly and could have been conveyed more diplomatically. This aside, my experience of GB Vehicle leasing was a good one overall.
