Awful company to deal with. I have tried and tried again to order some parabolic springs for my landrover via email and by phone for months, but it hasn't been possible as they don't get back to you, I was I contact with Paul via email, and phoning the office and a lady just says they'll call you back, but Don't.... I've taken my business's else where and shall tell others to do so! Ridiculous

having seen recommendations for the product I have been trying to buy two full sets of springs for two series 2a land rovers for 2 months. I’ve left voicemails, sent emails, called time after time. All without actually managing to talk to the right person. Just how this company survives is a mystery. Avoid like the plague. I’ll share my experience with the owner’s club

It's really hard to deal with this company. One of 4 shipped products had a manufacturing defect. After contact they right away offered to have it replaced. The replacement part was in stock and they would ship it ASAP. After that it became quite and they didn't reply to emails or phone calls. It's been 3 months, still no replacement spring! Horrible company to deal with we have phoned and emailed them every week. They simply refuse to call or email back.
