This place is such a let down. Have been there a few times and each time the security staff has been extremely rude, threatening, verbally and often physically abusive towards people queuing. I have heard bouncers saying the club is for ‘members only’ etc, this is totally false! No membership needed, no local nights. Security staff is especially unfriendly and rude towards non white, non British people. There are plenty of lovely, safe and accepting bars and clubs in soho. This place is not safe.

Turned away for no reason as the bouncers chose to discriminate against me and my partner for whatever reason. Membership cards would have let us in but don't exist. Avoid this place at all costs.

The music in here is terrible. I can speak for all basic gays, because I am one. We just want Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Riri and the occasional 2000s throwback, NOT MEGHAN TRAINER B-SIDES. God, it's bad but I still go. I don't know why.
