Recently used FX Rentals for a charity event in Walthamstow featuring A Guy Called Gerald, Dennis Bovell, Friendly Fires and 30 other DJs. We needed CDJs, Mixers and Turntables for five venues. Very impressed by the whole customer experience from initial phone call to collection. Kit first rate, delivery and collection on time. Pricing was very helpful too and helped with our aims to raise as much money as we could for the local foodbank. I had with perhaps six members of the team and all were outstanding, pro-active and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be the first company I call when I next organise an event. double booked our desk told us on the day we were due to use said equipment, sent us an out of date unworkable LS9 from 1999/2000 then when i phoned to trouble shoot while my gig was falling apart, apart from a factory reset couldn't tell me anything that would make it work. the speakers were awful service was awful and we paid through the nose my gig was almost un-rescuable. In the end relied on friends to bring other equipment last minute and just about salvaged some sort of a show. cant believe the amount i paid for that, poor customer service attached to a ridiculous price and terrible equipment.
