I have to tell you that he does what he says he will do. My TV kept turning off and on and the sound had gone. He has good communications, on time, fair price, pick up out of hour and return it in days. 10/10...like it was in the old days, just a good old fashioned business run by a nice bloke. May 2024.

After a power cut our 55inch Samsung TV wouldn't come out of standby, Paul came over to look at the TV and immediately diagnosed the problem, a replacement main board and gave us a price for repair. He took the TV away, repaired it and returned it to us within a couple of days. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and saved us the expense of a new TV, he even fixed an irritating fault with our other TV before he left. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, brilliant service.

The top half of my Samsung 55 inch LED TV went oddly darker than the bottom half of the screen. I emailed Paul a photo of this and he advised that he is probably the LED lights in the back that had gone. He quoted me an expected repair amount based on this, which was far less than a replacement TV. He came round to my house to collect and dropped it off 2 days later fully working and good as new.

We had a problem with our Toshiba Smart TV which simply stopped working. After a brief phone consultation, Paul called round, assessed what he thought the problem may be and took the TV away - he offered to provide us with a replacement TV whilst ours was repaired. 3 days later, the TV was returned, working perfectly at a cost significantly lower than buying a replacement. If you have an issue with your TV, I strongly recommend that you give them a call. Brilliant service and you will be surprised at what they can do when you think there is no alternative to buying a new one.
