I needed someone to help me roleplay an activity for my level 3 diploma, I contacted Felicity explaining this, she agreed to help me and had a friendly Manor. I wasn't able to attend as I was ill, however she said this was no problem and we rearranged for a later date. I was quite nervous as we were recording for my tutor to mark me as the role of counsellor. Felicity was absolutely amazing, she knew exactly what I needed and took all of the pressure out of the experience for me, making me feel like a weight had been lifted. I now regard her as an ally, she has proved herself invaluable to me, she has a great, knowledgeable skillset and very calming attitude, I can't speak highly enough.
