Worst service ever. We came as a group and there were many orders of the strawberry nutella pancake. The staff missed one, and didn’t find out. I had to go up to them to ask why my strawberry nutella pancake was taking so long. I also ordered a honey iced milk tea. They didn’t apologise, and just gave me my pancake and drink passively. Like the girl that gave me the drink just put it on the edge of the table (it could’ve fallen off!) and walked away?The staff are pictured here 😡 I think if you miss an order you should at least apologise because I waited for at least 20 minutes for my pancake. And they were not even that busy inside! They should teach their staff to have more manners and be polite. And check their online ordering system carefully. At least the pancake tasted good. But it took too long. Will not be coming here for an afternoon snack anymore.

Mention spéciale au classique avec le sirop d’érable. Servi très rapidement. Par contre l’endroit gagnerait à être plus personnalisé (et il n’y a pas de toilettes).

I got the "Premium Original", and they were really delicious to have, and the hype about them paid off too. I've only removed one star, because for next time, I would like either the prices to be lowered by 25% or 20%, or maybe have cheaper dine-in/takeaway prices, because, as much as I understand that your ingredients are/might be expensive/premium, I think it's fair to say that we should consider that not everyone's rich to buy your treats, especially when they've had a long and need one for their taste buds...

Very spacious cafe at Brunswick centre. It is wide and airy giving a very visual feel of a large space with the white walls. We had the pancake with fruits and it was light and fluffy. We popped by late at night and it was empty.
