I first saw Chidi a few years ago when I suffered back and neck pain, as a result of office based work and little to no exercise, and I was amazed by the difference one session could make (she quite literally provided an instant fix). Since then I see Chidi once a year, for an 'MOT', and it's these sessions that Chidi provides longer term guidance on light exercise and stretching techniques, for example, that help keep aches and pains away. Most recently I did suffer a trapped nerve in my shoulder and, although modern medication kept some of the pain at bay, it did not compare to the relief provided by a few short sessions with Chidi; I'm now back to full health and looking forward to getting out on the golf course again!
