Disappointed that the only time they could find to do their (noisy) work was on Saturday afternoon and during Sunday, disrupting things for local residents - and working contrary to instructions from City of York Council that such commercial work should not be undertaken at those times. The excuse to a neignbour was "it's the only time I have to do it" which implies bad planning and/or overwork.... which doesn't suggest a good job will be done.
