Rubbish quality windows & doors. We've had x2 sets of french doors from here (via 2 different fitters) and the doors are too small for the casings and just leak air in as there are gaps all around the door in the corners. Can literally see straight through the gaps. Will be ripping out and using another supplier. Having to use draught stripping on 1yo door. Crazy

Product & customer service both shocking! Have only placed 3 composite door orders and 2 of the 3 have been made wrong. Frame quality is also very poor..covered in marks and crudely repaired scratches. The attitude of the lady I spoke to on reception was appalling! Will be avoiding from now on.

I was there as a driver from agency. They have lack of communication and no instructions or informations about anything. Is one of them when you just have to get on with it, but when something goes wrong you the first to blame. In general I would avoid working for this company or dealing with this company in any shapes or forms.

What a fantastic Service I've received from this Company!!! Had a problem with a door fitted by a local Company a couple of years ago, who now won't reply to my calls or texts. Contacted Future Products, who made the door and they have taken on my problem. They are making me a new door and are arranging for it to be fitted by another local installer. Absolutely excellent!!!
