Took my iPhone to replace a cracked screen. I was told before hand that they would use non-genuine apple parts but the only change would be a notification in my settings. The new screen has obviously less vibrant colour, the device gets hot after a short use and it has a significant affect on the battery life. I’m not very happy that I wasn’t told this would happen before they did the work.
