Very rarely do I leave a review but was very disappointed by my experience. Applied for a position. Received an email saying I had been shortlisted and to phone a named consultant. I duly phoned and spoke to one of their colleagues. They informed me I would be phoned back. This never happened. Waited another two days and emailed the consultant. Two days later nothing. Why is it so difficult to communicate with a candidate particularly one that has been supposedly shortlisted. If things change let the client know instead of just ignoring them.
