Terrible experience today and wasted so much time in the store. Wanted to make a purchase but staff both rude and incompetent with little product knowledge. We wanted to make a purchase but the staff couldn't even clarify there returns policy . I wouldn't recommend this shop and found the product online at a more competitive price plus faster delivery

Have passed this shop on the way to work all week and spotted a beautiful lamp through the window. Drove the 50 mile round trip today to buy it. However, completely blanked by the guy in the shop, not so much as a look up and say hello so we walked out having given plenty of opportunity. Is it any wonder people buy on line if shops like this can’t even show general courtesy?
