Richmond house certainly do not utmost treat their parents and their babies as the heart and soul of their residence! The insect infestation is nothing to go by by means of looking after the residents, and no regard to utmost health and safety as it need must be! Each resident once questioning the fact of the insect infestations at the very property within kitchen facilities, hall ways, residents bedrooms, etc by no means was a cleaner there each day to clean the hall of residence if at all in hindsight! Both parents and babies are subject to frequent infections! Whereby they are often deemed unwell to have staff at the residents to look after children instead. Who often might get bored of looking after the child and say I cannot look after your baby for you otherwise this will seem you unfit as a parent so so forth, this might go against the policy so forth! Besides health and safety lack of, and the staff at the property were not an absolute delight, however the future concurrent staff who take pride in their work are often appeared negative also as the downfall of other members of staff who were not quite so bright as a matter. The staff would often be heard to be giving medical advice but were there was not one medically trained member of staff on the property. There were many fire drills occurring into the early hours of the morning 3am so forth waking mothers and their babies too! There was often not a pathway to leave Richmond house upon the grounds of their pit falls outlined within substantial report at Ofsted. Please read Ofsted to read between the lines. Thank you.

Just completed my first year with fusion fostering. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them. Their values, beliefs and understanding what it ACTUALLY means to be foster carer is outstanding. Children and fostering families are at the heart of every thing they do. I've fostered for over 10 years and these are truly the best. A massive thank you to Bethany (my placement social worker) for all the support, fun and caring. Carn't wait for the festival at weekend!!!!!! (yes, fusion have put on a festival weekend for all the fostering families, never heard of that before..... True pioneers for children in care)
