Excellent all round service from first visiting the shop to our log burning stove being fitted. Excellent value for money. We first visited the shop looking at Gas fire, Simon was very helpful and offered advice on the different fire and also introduced us to Log burning stove which we hadn't considered. Simon visited our home to check it was suitable for what we wanted, following the visit he provided two quotes one for a gas fire the other for a stove, both very comprehensive detailing everything included in the price so we had no unexpected surprises. We chose the log burning, agreed a date for installation. The agreed date was met, no delays at all the installers did a great job, very efficient, professional and tidy. Excellent value for money.

We were very nervous about having a wood burner fitted as we’ve never done anything like this before but they were both fantastic. Simon was great at talking through our options with us and answering my many questions. His customer service was exemplary. We got exactly what we wanted, with no hard sell. Mark was a great fitter and did a fantastic job, alongside being a lovely bloke. The wood burner is brilliant and also looks great in the room. We received our certificate after fitting just when they said we would too. Highly recommend and we’re now thinking of having another fitted by them in our kitchen diner in the next few years! Thank you both for a fantastic job and great customer service.

My late father in law had his central heating fitted by Fusion Hobs Moat Road Solihull. We are currently in the process of selling his property and we have found that no certificate for buildings regulations conformity was issued by Fusion. Now they don't want to know anything about it. Be careful if you use them.
