    I've had a very disappointing experience with Fusion Accountants so far. I paid over £900 to join, but was disconnected from the service because I hadn't made monthly payments since January. When I found out, I immediately asked if a direct debit could be set up, but was promised a call back that never came. After two weeks, I followed up myself, only to be told that I still needed to make the payment. However, I was unable to make the payment while I was in Australia for the past month, and when I returned, I found out that my accounts had been locked without notice. When I pointed out that I had only received one email with follow-up calls, I was told I had emailed many times which was a lie. The communication from my accountant, Arifa, has been almost non-existent. I regret joining Fusion Accountants and I am now over £900 out of pocket. Feels like a Scam of a company. After trying to resolve the issue, I can confirm it is a scam. It is £900 I will not see again with nothing done for me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!

    Really bad experience, booked a call to look to setup an EMI scheme (given the website has a page on EMI clearly stating): "We will set up & design a tax-efficient EMI Scheme perfect for your business needs and growth." To be met by a very hostile individual, who turned up late, and then said it's all out of date and they don't offer EMI anymore.
