Poor communication. Twice we arrived when it was closed. The first time was because it hadn't reached their opening date yet. Fair enough, but the opening date wasn't in an obvious place on the website. Next to opening times would be a better place. The second time, we arrived at 4.30 on Friday but were turned away and told they closed at 4.00. It clearly states on the website: 'You can still buy a pre-cut or potted tree until we close at 5pm'. So that clearly needs updating. It's just such a faff to get there, and then to u-turn on the single track road. Very frustrating.

We had so much fun wading through the mud to find our perfect tree and bringing it home. It genuinely is the best Christmas tree we have ever had. So beautifully spaced, perfect for showing off your tree ornaments, not just a big ball of dense branches like the pre cut ones we usually buy at the garden centre. We now have a new family Christmas tradition to enjoy with our granddaughter. Even my 79 year old mum enjoyed it and actually found the tree before the rest of us. Thank you Furze firs.
