When it got overwhelming she was there for us and so calming and we immediately knew she was the woman who could both turn all our visions into real life from our first conversation and make them look better than we ever could have imagined. Jen provided amazing support for us in setting up the venue and running our wedding day. It was hard for us to know when booking whether we really needed her services or whether we could just do it ourselves but Jen's work was so incredibly valuable and she worked so hard from the moment she arrived on Friday until the end of the wedding and tidy up. Her work made such a difference to setting up quickly (she probably took less half the time we would as she is an expert and just dashed around doing things whilst we tried to work out what was going on) and the day running smoothly with everything looking beautiful. No job was too much trouble and everything was done to a high standard, way exceeding our expectations. For the coordination on the day, Jen was present and got things done eg guests to the right places, suppliers organised whilst also being really discrete. We really appreciated everything she did for us and would highly recommend to couples in the future - well worth the money. Thanks, Jen!
