We needed a new mattress and set out with the intention of trying this store first, then going to a couple of others in the retail parks and in central Southampton. This store had a suitable mattress and could order the size we wanted. We also thought the price was OK'ish and we wanted to support our independent local store, so we bought it here, didn't go to the bigger stores and did something better with our afternoon. I'm sure we will try Furniture World again, next time we need something for the home. Carpet next, I think...!

We ordered a king size bespoke bed from Furniture World a couple of weeks ago and were advised delivery would be within 2-3 weeks - it actually arrived within the week which we were very impressed with. The delivery gentlemen were very helpful, efficient and friendly. We noticed a small issue with the ottoman part when assembling the bed - when we mentioned this to the gentlemen they sorted it out for us immediately. The service and value is excellent - would 10/10 recommend!

Went to purchase carpet, the owner, Zulfiqar (Tony), so friendly and gave very good advice. The carpet layer man, Satti, was super friendly and polite. The owner visited my home 2 time, get some extra work done at no extra charge. Highly recommend for furniture and also carpet.
