We came into Furniture village in Colchester for the first time yesterday and we're pleasantly greeted by their smartly dressed, warm, friendly and extremely informative young sales man Mr. Alan Townsend. He walked us around the beautifully laid out store. Alan knew the relevant details of every stunning product. The quality of the products on sale is breathtaking and if I had a bigger house I would have bought more! We did buy a stunning c-shaped suede sofa. Alan explained the entire process, fully pointed out everything the store would do for us, when the sofa would arrive etc. It was such an amazing experience, like our own personal shopper! We were even offered a bespoke coffee from their cute coffee machine!Thank you so much, Alan! Can't wait for it to arrive!
