Absolutely fabulous service yes they took a long time but they are perfectionists in what they do they do. Mums had lifted the colour out the leather of her sofa and pouffe so needed recoloured. Her sofa needed re padding my oh my what a fantastic job they have done it looks absolutely like new just out the show room she cannot praise them enough. They also resurfaced her dinning room table again perfectly done can’t rate them any higher the excellent job throughly well done.

Brilliant! A man (Alan) came out at short notice while our kitchen floor (Karndean) was being cleaned and he repaired some bad scratches. We can now barely see them at all. To top it all there was no extra charge. Amazing- absolutely deserved the bottle I took him later.

I have just had my (expensive,) leather recliner returned after a repair to the arm . Not only was the repair more than satisfactory, the chair was cleaned etc and looked like new again. The work was done by furniture medic northeast which is a family firm and you could not get a better service and nicer people anywhere .
