    Very Poor. Be wary of the adverts! Advert was totally misleading. Lead to Items not being delivered, despite them being on the picture and in the description. Customer services painfully slow and then just argumentative, just talking over me. Dont want to resolve the issue, they want to explain the reason They didn’t deliver is my fault. Because thier misleading adverts are not thier fault. You cant get sense from anyone and no one wants to listen to the complaint. Email takes days to get back to you and again they want to point out the reason I didnt get what I wanted. Not listen to the complaint about misleading adverts. eve screen shots showing the advert to be misleading is ignored. Plain english, ignored. Product is good. shame about the service and advett.

    Ordered a corner sofa, came in 2 parts which was expected, however there was no way to secure them together to actually make them a corner sofa, poor quality, and the 2 parts of the sofa were completely different colours, despite being marked up as grey, avoid at all costs

    Ordered two sofas from Furniture Maxi, was told by the courier I missed the delivery as no one was at the property (I was there all day) and I need to contact Furniture Maxi to rearrange delivery. It's been 2 weeks and despite numerous calls and emails I've had no response. AVOID at all costs

    Don’t waste your money on this rubbish garden furniture. I’m literally having to throw away my garden seating after 2 1/2 years as all the rattan webbing is breaking up making it unusable. Can’t post photos here to show. Told it’s not covered under the 3 year warranty.

    I placed an order on 28th Dec,delivery stated as being 3-5 days.I contacted them on numerous occasions to find out where my order was, I was constantly fobbed off and blatantly lied to.On 11th Jan they finally admitted it was lost in the system ! I ordered from another company on 11th and was delivered on the 12th !,don't touch furniture maxi !!!

    Ordered 4 chairs. Minor falts in all. 2 chairs had major faults scuffed legs and large area if damaged velvet to seat. Boxes were left ourside unsigned for, anyone could have picked them up. Company not interested in customer service. Beware.

    Ordered a coat stand from these guys and they left it behind the bins at a house down the road and didn't even tell me... It was only today when I rang up to ask where it was they told me they left it behind the bins at number 15 at Xmas Eve.. luckily when I knocked there they noticed on Nye and took it in for us... Joke of a company. If you're going to put it behind other properties bins at least let us know and send a picture or something. The coat stand was a nightmare to put together too, definitely won't be using these again!!
