Recently had an issue with a mattress that this company came out to inspect? This company is paid to do inspections by the retailer who has supplied the defective product to the customer. They say they are in dependant?

£4000 bed broke, Egineers report states there are no issues with it essentially siding with Bensons....... waiting to see if engineer can include the additional and more to the point truthful details discussed in person in the report so i can challenge Bensons decision. I will update later depending on their handling of the matter

Rude, disgusting and incompetent to say the least! Some "technician" called Andrew came to inspect our sofa we purchased from Tesco that is faulty. He asked me to sign just to say he had visited my address, little did I know he made me sign for the report without even telling me what u was actually signing for! It was only because Tesco have told me I have signed for the report. If I'd have known what he'd put in the report there is no way I would have signed anything what so ever! Absolutely shocked.... the so called report couldn't be anymore inaccurate!! The bloke couldn't even inspect a pillow let alone a sofa!!!!! DISGUSTING!

FIRA inspected my Benson's for beds mattress and, surprise surprise, found no fault despite there being two craters where we lie and a huge ridge in between. This is apparently normal??!! The technician who FIRA sent has no qualifications or experience in furniture manufacturing and in fact used to work in admin so I don't know how that qualifies him to assess my bed. FIRA are dodgy as are Benson's. Wish I had never set foot in their store.

a FIRA technician called to my property on behalf of a third party company to access the poor quality of goods I had been sold. I was asked to sign to say they had called. After chasing the findings 3 months later I received the report showing I had signed a report saying no fault was found. How could this be when the report was being sent to the manufacturer to establish further investigation. This was not the conversation I had had with the technician, and I did not sign any reports agreeing to no fault found. This needs reporting to trading standards and the methods they use

Had a visit from technician yesterday and e mail with his report. This was factually incorrect in on particular part so rang to complain only to be told that they could not discuss the matter with me as they were working for Bensons for Beds. Surprisingly the report strongly favoured Bensons. So much for impartiality Would give no stars if you could

Shockingly incompetent service. Offensive and rude. I tried to complain to them but was told this was not possible unless in writing.

Although I had my doubts when a FIRA inspector came to inspect my M&S leather sofa's I was pleased with the service he provided. I complained to M&S as the leather on the Abbey Leather sofa's I had which were 18 months old was coming off and leaving patches. A visit was booked the very next day and they turned up promptly. The inspector was professional and knowledgeable. He performed a cloth test on it and agreed there was a fault with the leather and thus the leather cushions would be replaced. So I just need to wait for the replacements now. So I guess you shouldn't expect the worst when reading negative reviews.
