These guys sold me a chandelier over a year ago and all the crystals were scratched, promised me literally 20 times they would call me to arrange new crystals and never did, always told the owner (uncle) would get back to me asap, never did, my advice, never pay cash to avoid the VAT as I did with them, no receipt or paper.
