Ed first arrived (on time) to give a quote, then returned with product samples and a clearer indication of the cost, process and timescale at a later, agreed date. There was no hard sell or persuasion. The work started promptly and was carried out with care, efficiently and on time, which was very helpful to me as I have a busy schedule. The quality of the workmanship is good and I'm really pleased with the result. A fair price for a very good job. I'd certainly use this company again and am very happy with our new fitted wardrobes.
