I found their delivery drivers rude and unprofessional. They arrived after saying they take my furniture after I described the condition it was in. They arrived said they wouldn’t take it and left as I was mid sentence talking to them. They left my doors open, so that any could walk in. If you are looking to a charity find a different one.
