There is one member of staff there who is extremely rude, arrogant and extremely unhelpful, he also talks over the customer so you can't get a word in. This is totally unacceptable. He also came and delivered an item of furniture and was exactly the same, checking every slightest little mark. He even refused to give me a hand with another item and I have carpal tunnel syndrome. My partner couldn't help me as she had just had a major operation. All in all extremely poor service. I won't be using them again and I'd recommend others don't either. Even one star is too much
