I bought the Jual glass top computer desk and it arrived very quickly. During assembly it transpired some of the parts wouldn't fit together. I spoke to Simon at Jual and three days later received the exact replacement parts. The desk is brilliant and the customer service is second to none. Really happy and thanks for a great piece of furniture!

I ordered a TV unit, (not a cheap one), from this company. Lead time was exceeded slightly, (a sign of the times during a pandemic). On arrival my TV unit had minor damaged so I reported it, the company quickly dealt with my issue, even offering a replacement. I was most pleased with this level of service and engagement from the team. Personally I would recommend this company to anyone and will certainly be buying more furniture from them. As previous reviews state, they act as a "middle man", this is what any shop/store does? Don't let this put you off, I found them very honest and forthcoming to resolve my issue, which was ultimately not their fault. 5 Stars from me!
