We chose Furniche for our bedroom wardrobe after a vastly inflated price from Sharps (then discounted). Were glad we did, they are local to us, which is good. There are so many colours and woods to choose from as well. There was a small issue on installation but the company resolved it well. Thank you Furniche.

Very happy with Furniche, had sliding door wardrobe installed and I'm very satisfied. Good quality, quick installation, friendly staff. The installer Costa made a very good job, plus was very polite and friendly. No problems throughout the process, starting from the design, payment (affordable pricing) and installation. If I need more furnitures, will definitely go with Furniche again.

I can not recommend Furniche enough. After speaking to numerous companies who either didn’t know what they were doing or simply didn’t care about customer service, I found Furniche, their customer service was amazing and they were so professional from start to finish, supporting us with ideas and suggestions to build the perfect walk in wardrobe for our home, they catered to all our needs and delivered on time, an amazing product. If you want an eye for detail, great customer experience and reasonably priced products, then Furniche is the place to go too.

My overall feedback on Furniche has been a positive client experience and the delivery of the product has been within expectations. The pricing was competitive and transparent with no hidden costs. Working with them from a sales perspective the approach was non aggressive and the detail of the drawings was true to the delivery – There were no unexpected surprises, which to me is key in a bespoke design. The fitters, were polite, diligent, tidy and worked hard throughout the day without creating any disruption. When required, they were courteous and gave me a heads up when decisions needed to be made and did not make assumptions. In conclusion, I would recommend Furniche as a bespoke solution when it comes to wardrobe fitting. They delivered my solution in April 2021 to the Master and my Daughters bedroom addressing sloped ceilings and wooden structural beams which exists in Potton homes. I would work again with this company – Well done Team Furniche.

I contacted Furniche based on recommendations on Facebook. Amjad was very helpful. He invited us to the showroom in Bletchley. The showroom has a good number of sample wardrobes which gave us a good idea about styles, colours, materials etc. We chose the style, handles and the colour for wardrobe. Amjad gave us a quote and an installation date. Few days later he came to our place to take the measurements. Closer to the installation date, we found that the initial quote was based on ball park measurements and hence we got revised quote based on the measurements taken by Furniche. It is an understandable oversight on both parties sides. Not a big issue. Amjad let us know the extra costs and made sure we were aware and we were okay. On the day of installation, 2 blokes Clive and Dan came and did a thorough job of installing the wardrobe, they were very professional and handled the furniture with utmost respect and care. after 5.5 hrs of work they left the place very clean, they hoovered and picked up bits and scraps for trash. As Furniche don’t refit the carpets, the next day I got carpets refitted and that's when we noticed that the door was too close to carpets. I let Amjad know about this and he was happy to help. He scheduled an appointment 3 days later. Dan and Clive arrived at 4 p.m. 3 days later, they removed the doors and took them to the shop, got them cut (to give a 5mm clearance between door and floor) and refit the doors by 5 p.m. Wardrobe looks great and I am very satisfied with the installation, customer service and the professionalism shown by Furniche Team. The wardrobes are neither too costly nor too economical in pricing, but worth the money spent. I will surely recommend Furniche to anyone looking to get wardrobes installed at their place.
