Absolutely disgraceful company they wouldn’t know business if it slapped them in the face payed £240 for a set of 8 + 4 drawers 3 of them were defect and I had to add brackets to my wall which ruined my walls as the drawer wouldn’t even stand on its own the drawer wasn’t even fit enough for a doll house let alone my house and the customer service they wouldn’t even make an agreement and now are ignoring me. They are thieves avoid!!

Purchased GABRIEL - Chest of 8 Drawers - Bedroom Dresser Storage Cabinet Sideboard - Black Matt H92cm W120cm D33cm × 1 Awful product, numerous manufacturing issues - cam dowel holes / dowel bolts are too short so chest of drawers can't actually be assembled, no pilot drill holes where you would expect, no way to securely attach drawer fronts only 2 tiny bottles of low grade glue which I assume were meant for the drawer fronts, instructions are useless....Customer Service is apalling! I am still battling to get a refund on the faulty product.....Avoid at all costs...complete and utter waste of money! Update as of 1st March...still waiting for my refund and they even attempted blackmail by saying they would only offer a refund if I removed my review which is fraud! Please, please avoid this company! My report and experience are on their way to trading standards!

Avoid at all costs, worst purchase and customer service in my 38 years experience! Items didn't arrive in 6-9 days as suggested on purchase, when they did arrive, 80% of the items were damaged, when I finally got a response from their customer service team, replacement parts were sent, over six weeks later, again arrived damaged and they were clearly off cuts, as they were factory cut wrong and nothing would assemble. Customer service then decided to ignore my emails for four weeks, until I opened a dispute with PayPal. I have never experienced anything like this before, it drained me physically and mentally for the better part of three months, until resolve with PayPals help, this is exactly how companies shouldn't treat their customers, please heed my advice and spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Ordered and paid up front for a bedroom chest of drawers. Was advised quite swiftly that, despite Christmas I should expect delivery by 3rd January. Needless to say, nothing has arrived, my order still shows as 'pending' 3 emails, 2 messages via their website and 5 phone calls have produced nothing. The telephone number is constantly engaged. Certainly wouldn't recommend that you use this Company (if indeed they are even legitimate) nor pay up anything front. Despite being told that I would get a call today, no call was received. I have therefore requested a full refund (£250) Do not order anything or pay up front. Goods do not arrive, communication is dire and customer service, non existent.

I ordered a metallic extendable cutlery tray for a large drawer. The sizing was good, but quality poor- very cheap, flimsy plastic, and it was white rather than the metallic grey colour described and pictured on the website. They requested I review the product, and then failed to post that review- so be warned, reviews on their own website cannot be trusted, as they only select the ones that make them look good.
