  I recently visited Furness Grill to try their much-talked-about paella, and while I have to say it was good, it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. The seafood in the paella was definitely fresh, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious calamari. However, overall, I would say it was good, but not outstanding. One thing to be aware of is that there is always a very long queue at this popular shop, as it's the only place in the area that sells paella. So if you do decide to visit, be prepared to wait in line for a while!

This behavior was not only unprofessional, but it was also rude and offensive. As a visitor with an international credit card, I was forced to sign a paper receipt, which is understandable. However, the owner's behavior towards me was unacceptable. He gave me the credit card machine and then disappeared for a few minutes, leaving me standing there like a fool. When I pulled out a paper that said "Customer Copy," he lost his temper and started yelling at me, saying that I shouldn't do that. He went on to argue with me for a couple of minutes, not realizing that he needed my signature on his merchant copy. He went away for a pen then came back after another 2-3 minutes with no pen. After wasting my time, he told me that he was just letting me go this once, as if he was doing me a favor. When customers line up all day, the least they expect is good service and friendly behavior. It's shocking that the owner of this restaurant didn't understand this basic concept. He was clearly more interested in saving on credit card surcharges and avoiding taxes, which is a crime in many countries.
