Demanded we had to pick our cats up by 10am yet charged us for a full day and wanted to charge £25 extra due to the cost of living crisis !!!!! AND AFTER SEE RESPONSE GLAD WE DIDNT GO ! WE DID NIT WANT A REDUCED RATE WE DIDNT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF

So friendly, so welcoming. Sarah, the owner always asks you how best to care for your cat and also updates herself with regards to your cat's preference of food and to ensure thats not changed from their last stay. Lovely warm bedding, secure enclosures, beautiful countryside views where your cat can watch the natural world go by their very own window, such a quiet area. I would stay! My cat is always Sarah's priority and I love that! Your cat will love their stay there too!
