Attending today and on the surface the place looked clean and tidy in the toddler section however more attention needed in the ball pool section at the bottom of the slide where there were several areas where dust was collecting.

If I could leave more then 5 stars I would. I returned to fun town after a bad experience a few months ago and the place has improved massively in cleanliness and such a wonderful place to bring the kids. I definitely feel all these positive changes have been made due to the amazing new manager they have “Sandra” so kind and hospitable genuinely cares and is so passionate about her job! Thanks Sandra will definitely be returning, kids had a fab time !! Don’t go by old reviews the place has drastically changed 👍

We’ve always had a good experience at Funtown. Perfect for pre-schoolers! We’ve had a couple of children’s parties there and are there for play every couple of weeks. They’ve always catered for my son’s dairy-free diet (eg, vegan cheese on pizza and dairy-free ice cream) and are transparent with the allergens in their food and how it’s cooked so we know what’s safe and isn’t. Will continue to go there until my children get too big for it!

Came here a week ago for a children’s party - prior to this I hadn’t been for a while because I found the cleanliness to be very poor. It’s massively improved since then and the soft play all looked very clean. Food was really good and staff very friendly. Will definitely return

This is a fab soft play! I went with my 1 year old son and my friend and her 3 year old daughter. They had a ball!! Their favourite part of the soft play was the massive slide in the middle. They loved climbing up all the soft steps then whizzing down the slide next to each other...over and over again!! There are plenty of things for them to play with and a lovely good-sized area for babies and toddlers and a bigger area for bigger kids. There is also a lovely sensory room! The food and drinks in the cafe is great with a good selection. The staff are really friendly :) It looks like they do parties there as there are a few party rooms, although I have never been to one. The parking can be a little bit confusing as there are different sections of the car park with different rules (be careful not to park in the KFC customer area!) but the friendly staff at Funtown were really helpful in advising us which part of the car park we should park in to avoid getting a ticket. My friend and I will be returning soon with our little ones for more fun at Funtown! :)

We have been going to fun town for a few years now. I always thought it was a bit dirty and in need of some TLC but the kids enjoy going. Recently I have noticed a huge improvement. I believe they have a new manager and you can definitely tell.

Cheap and cheerful, does exactly what you need a soft play area to do. Plenty of space and fun for the kids. It's clean and the cafe is decent enough at the basics. Easy to park right outside (though be careful to not stray into the KFC bays as you can get fined). Only criticism like with most soft play areas is that you get older kids running around in the toddler area which is pretty frustrating when you have a young one crawling around.
