Incredible swift and very professional service and delivery arrived in like 2 days. Very impressed. Awesome experience with Funky Junk, particularly Patrice. I was on a tight deadline to purchase a pair of Genelec studio monitors. Unfortunately, having called around to a handful of other retailers, there weren't any in stock to ship in time. I experienced incredible customer service from this store while ordering from Germany. There was an issue with a third-party sales platform we initiated the sale with. Funky Junky's rep, Michael, spent a LOT of time trying to sort out the issue, unsuccessfully, but was able to offer an alternative solution and honor the original sale. I highly recommend them.
