Fantastic soft play equipment hired for my sons 1st birthday. From the initial enquiry to set up and collection the service was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company for soft play hire we went for the home package for a hall party and the amount of equipment in the package was great. All the kids loved it ages from 4.5 months up to 6 there was something for everyone

Hired Richard’s soft play and bouncy castle for my son’s first birthday party. Richard provided excellent customer service. He was on time and set up a beautiful and clean play area for the children. The equipment was safe and clean to a good standard and the children had a blast. Richard was on time to collect the equipment and did so very efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend Fun2jump for any occasion. Brilliant job!

This is in response to Ashley Osullivan Negative Review I had four bookings this day. Two of our customers had called to cancel their bookings due to the heavy rain weather forecast. I made a decision to call the other two customers to cancel their bookings because of the poor weather (the weather had been forecast heavy rain for Saturday ). But this customer wanted to have the bouncy castle in the rain and also failed to mention in her review that it was forecast 90% heavy rain between 1pm and 6 pm Some customers book a Bouncy Castles and their children have this built-up excitement about having one. But if there is HEAVY RAIN forecast they do not want to disappoint their children and are prepared to have the bouncy castle in rain (which doesn’t make sense!) Also if we cancel due to safety, they are so annoyed that they end up leaving a negative Google review.

This company is terrible, I had 2 bookings with them. 1st they never showed for a wedding because it was overcast and patches of rain. At this point I confirmed my 2nd booking for 3wks later, I told them i had a charity event, and they didnt even show, not a phonecall or text... disgusting.
