The one star is only because I had to give a star... the manager would receive 0/5 stars. Made my child cry by shouting at her for only doing something an innocent child (who would not know any better )would do. They were very unprofessional in how they dealt with the complaint and not only refused to admit they were in the wrong, they didn't apologise to my child.Shame as the other staff were genuinely were nice individuals.
