I dropped my embellished dress off on Wednesday and needed it done for Thursday (next day). The lady said it would be done for Thursday and would text me. The dress had a tea stain on it which was all over the side. The lady texted me the next day and told me she could not get the stain off as tea dyes. I popped back in and Judie was super nice. She advised me to leave the dress and would try taking it out again. She then messaged me a few hours later and majority of the stain had gone. Super quick service, very kind and great customer service and had the customers best interest at heart. She really went out her way to ensure I had satisfaction in my trip. Wasn’t informed when I called to check theiir services that it was cash only & the cash point outside wasn’t working so ended up walking a mile to the next nearest cash point. Note on the door warns payment required in advance but there is an extremely small barely legible note on the door which you can easily miss that says opening hours are 10-2 Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday & 10-1 on Saturday. No wonder they have a high rate of non-collections when they are only open so few hours. I was told that the my items would be back in a few days but they took a week. Very poor customer service.
