    My wife left the shop with a burning face from waxing, leaving her in tears. Then charged even when she explained that it’s burning, she was in tears, they then tried to charge another £5 for a mask to help with the burning, absolutely disgusting, do not go here! Ridiculous customer service, dangerous, leaving customers upset and having the audacity to ask for more money for other treatments. Charging more than advertised too. Updated: In reply to your comments, so having offered to a mask for £5, only after she refused did you offer it for free. By this time, being clearly upset, she just wanted to get out of the shop. You tried charging £8 for a treatment, which would have been £8 if this was only treatment done, not as part of a full face, showing your scamming and pathetic nature of how you treat your customers. She was also not in a hurry, she was trying to get out of your shop because you’ve burnt her face, clearly lying in your reply. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Genuinely horrible people.

    The best eyebrow experience my wife has had. She has been coming to this salon for over 4 years now, and no one seems to disappoint. The staff are all worth praising (new and the old), and the standard of treatment is impossible to find anywhere nowadays. A must go if you are in need for perfect eyebrows or any other treatment.     I had a really bad experience. Generally ive come here for years and never had any issues, my eyebrows are done decently mind you im not that fussy. The last time i came the lady messed up eyebrows completely 2 different shapes and thickness and she took alot of hair from one i told her to recorrect she made them Worse. She froze after i told her they dont look right. I Dont know if it was owner or her daughter at reception desk but she did not intervene or help was quite the whole time. Another lady next to her Tried to help to make them atleast match. The lady at reception just told her staff to tell me not to pay no apology nothing. Never came back again. Poor service all the threading ladies should be trained properly im so appalled. Don’t recommend coming here unless you have a specific person who is actually a safe bet.
