Mark recently did a fret level and recrown on my 13 year old Turner 74CE. As part of the job, he was also able to drop the action from around 2.5mm (bass side) to 2mm, and made the whole instrument slightly easier to play. It had its first "live" session in church this Sunday, and played like an absolute dream! Very happy to recommend Mark's outstanding work. Very pleased to get Mark to do this work for me. I took my American strat to Mark for a fret level and new nut plus the bridge needed setting up properly. It now sounds and plays like a dream. Everything about Marks work is top class and he’s easy to talk to. This was my first visit, but i’ll be bringing my other guitars now i’ve seen how a pro set up helps especially for an intermediate player like me. Top Work mate ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I could not be happier with the work Mark has done on my vintage 1965 Eko. I have owned and played this guitar for 40 years which had become almost unplayable due to extreme wear, frankly I thought it was beyond saving. Not only did Mark save the guitar it has never sounded as good or played so well, he is a craftsman of the highest order, if I could award 10 stars I would. Not only is Mark talented he is also a genuine enthusiast and all round good guy, I have no hesitation in recommending his work.

outstanding work! I took my 2015 EC- 40th Anniversary to Mark for a fret level and set up. I have never played a guitar with frets feeling this good. They are like glass, so smooth, clean and level. This is passion for Mark, not a career, and that shines through in his workmanship. He has his own line in hand crafted guitars and they are amazing, right down to winding his own pickups, which I have to say have the most astonishing range of sparkly glass cleans to an amazing bluesy tone. If you need a set up, give Mark a call, you will not be disappointed!

Took my Gibson SG and my new Kort to Mark for setup and Fret levelling. My SG is nearly 20 years old and has never played better and my new Kort plays better than straight out of the shop. Mark took the time to setup the guitars exactly how I wanted them and spent a couple of hours discussing with me and making adjustments when I went to pick them up. He did this surprisingly at no extra cost, a genuine guy. He also let me play one of his new custom built guitars - WOW! It was unreal and thats coming from a guy who has played many prestige guitars such as custom PRS. I might have to convince the wife into letting me buy one of these one day... Mark is gifted. Cheers
