I have attended Hannah Horsfall’s Tai Chi beginners’ course, her online zoom Tai Chi and Qigong class, and Hannah has also suggested short exercises to help me recover my breathing before rejoining her class after illness. She is an excellent, clear and supportive teacher, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my early experiences of Tai Chi with her teaching.

I have been doing classes with Hannah for 2 years both face to face and more recently via zoom. I find the combination of Tai Chi And Qi Gong really beneficial - both for my physical health ( especially lungs and my quads!) and my mental health. Always sleep well after a class. The lessons transfer very well to Zoom as Hannah keeps the practise easy to follow - the practise is much easier to follow than classes where you have to lie flat as you can always see the screen in front of you. I would recommend to anyone and its easy to pick up even as a beginner.

I can't recommend Hannah's classes and workshops enough. They get me moving physically and are very calming. My 'office shoulder' is much better, and the online classes work really well. I always feel better afterwards.

I have attended Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes at Rosendale road, West Norwood Therapies and now online via Zoom with Hannah and find them enjoyable and effective in promoting and maintaining well being. Hannah is a very experienced teacher and passes on her vast knowledge and skills with patience, humour and sensitivity.
