Fullards is a very special place to me and the only jeweller that I trust to maintain my engagement ring and my grandmother’s ring. I asked Neil and Sian to design a gold necklace that was unique and combined my family’s initials. It turned out to be the most beautiful and original ornate piece. It completely exceeded what I had expected. It is solid but incredibly delicate. I’ve had so many people compliment it and ask how it was designed. It will definitely be a family heirloom.

I accidently found this shop wondering around Marlow one day when I had time to kill. I had wanted to upgrade my engagement ring for ages but wanted something completely bespoke and couldn't work out exactly what I wanted so thought I would wonder around shop to find some inspiration. From the second I walked into the shop I was made to feel at ease and not like I was being bounced on, Neil and his wife Sian had some great ideas they spent time with me and offered to put some ideas on a CAD drawing with no obligation to buy. The drawings were amazing the service exceptional and every step of the way they were very helpful but never pushy. When I went to collect the finished piece, I just couldn't believe it was mine I was totally lost for words, it was absolutely amazing my old ring had had a total face lift. Thank you I cant recommend this place enough.
