Very bad customer service, I received a" Learn to fly gift voucher " for a Birthday gift . Bought pre ~Covid. Obviously it could not be USED. I rang to use the Voucher which was in excess of £125 plus !!!!!! Only to be told that I cannnot use it as its out of date. What a scam.
