    Best way to start your day is a morning pilates with Lara. She is professional, helpful and friendly. The lessons are full of fun, but most importantly challenging. Every time you learn something new about your body, which is very very nice 😊 Lara always looking after me and understands my abilities and pushes me accordingly. But get ready as she is tough, she never lets you skip the plank challenge on the end.😉 I definitely recommend her lessons to anyone!

    It's very easy to post comments to say Lara is the best instructor you'll ever meet, but you must believe me when I say she truly is the best. From the moment I contacted Full Life Pilates Lara made me feel comfortable. I have avoided any type of exercise for a number of years and she brings nothing but good things during the weekly sessions. Lara allows for mistakes, is non-judgemental and brings lots of giggles too. I am a true beginner, have no coordination and a head full of worries, these weekly sessions give me some freedom and are slowly strengthening me up, I'm feeling good and count down the days to each session!

    Had my first session with Lara today. What a pleasure it was to meet her and spend time in her own studio. I was put at ease straight away. I found this session to be challenging and yet enjoyable. It wasn't boring. Everything waa pre mapped out on a white board, personalised for me. Lara is a perfectionist! Making sure that my body was in correct form always! I'm someone who has only really ever done yoga (and who was put off of pilates because of one dull and torturous gym class)... I can safely say that I was wrong, this is an art and shall be continuing on my journey. Thank you ❤️

    Having never previously tried a Pilates class I was a bit nervous to try a class with no experience. I was recommended Full Life Pilates by a friend who had just had a baby and was slowly getting back into exercise. There was no need for nerves as Lara made me feel like I was a life long friend as opposed to just another client. From explaining different positions in, as I like to call it, dumbed down language for all to understand, to helping me make sure I was in the correct position so not to strain any muscles, I felt like I had been doing this class for months. Not only has Full Life Pilates helped me physically and mentally, it has also made me feel like I have a friend for life in Lara.
