The Victory on Bursledon Rd was closed. So we decided to try this takeaway, the food was decent it's just a shame about the service. Ordered over the counter and still couldn't get it right. Got home and found two dishes missing, when the wife rang to enquire, she was basically called a liar. Next time back to the Victory.

Just found a prawn in my fiancés sweet and sour chicken. What if I told you she’s allergic to shellfish and I hadn’t spotted it? Make it worst, fried rice was greasy, no tatse and the batter across chicken was soggy. Only ordered cause our favourite is shut. Stuik to what you know. Be expecting a full refund based on the top paragraph

Delicious as always. Tried ringing and ringing for 40 odd minutes. No answer. Yes it's a Friday evening but maybe consider taking on another member of staff. I arrived to order in person and the poor lady was frazzled with a phone order where the card wouldn't go through so I ended up waiting even longer to order. Thankfully, once my order went through, I had a relatively short wait.
