These chaps don't just know their trade, they really know their coffee. Not only from industry experience, but from a genuine love of coffee, as much as any aficionado I know. That matters because coffee should be a luxurious experience, and if you can't deliver that in a coffee house, you're missing the point. I'm not a trade customer but they've given their time to ensure I understand my coffee, and how to make the most from it. They've helped me build my ideal home system and for me, the pleasure is in the ritual of making, as much as the drinking. As for their coffees, I'm lucky enough to be able to take it freshly roasted most weeks. 335 meets my taste perfectly as a drip coffee, whilst 242 is a fantastic espresso when mixed with a rich, velvety milk. It would be great if they had a readily-available, direct to consumer offering so that more of us could enjoy what they have to offer. Keep up the good work guys.

Amazing service, we recently swapped our coffee provider to full circle and I wish we had done this sooner!! Service is second to none, there's always somebody on the other end of the phone. A big bonus for us is the free staff training that the guys provide which is so helpful to get all staff on the same page. Keep up the great work guys ☕️
