I have previously had a good experience with Fulham Timber, but my latest experience has been dreadful: order didn't show up on the delivery day, and despite having left 6 messages on the customer help line, and sending emails and messages through the website, I haven't had a single reply. Really very poor which is a shame. If I don't hear back, I'll have to ask for a refund and use Acre Lane Timber instead.

They deciding to load up them big truck first...instead of loading up myself (,only 1 jumbo of sand that would take only 2 minutes). So I had to wait 30 min just for collection of 1 bag of sand Very disappointed
