I had a massage with Lore, and he ended the massage with some Cranio Sacral work. He held my head in his hands, and initially it just felt nice and relaxing but then I noticed that my shoulders kept progressively relaxing and dropping….then my breathing became deeper and slower like I was falling sleep and the. This deep sense of relaxation came over me, like a change in consciousness. It was really wonderful. Looking forward to my next session.

Excellent facilities, very welcoming environment. Lore is an exceptional therapist. He combines warmth, openness and groundedness with great listening skills. Massage enriched with such emotional intelligence, focus and engagement with the energy in the room can be really powerful. Not to mention the wonderful technique and know how including craniosacral therapy (amazing). Highly recommend both the centre and Lore.

The best best best massages. I always come away with either drastic improvement or my issue will be completely solved. Not sure what management do to vet the staff but they are outstanding.
