    Im not happy with the admin service. They sent me an invoice even if I cancelled the service on time. they were nice over the phone and they didn’t charge me but i had to call several times to cancel the invoice. The key was not opening/closing the locker. I was lucky I found it open but couldn’t close it. thx for you answer, but: 1. The explanation is funny. there is no point to raise a 4 weeks invoice when I cancelled the service on time. I wrote already that staff was nice over the phone, but I had to call several times to solve the issue, I kept calling on Saturday because the nice lady I talked to in the morning told me that wanted to solve it in the afternoon after talking to you. They told me to call back in the afternoon and that's what I did. In addition, you are complaining that I call you on Saturday, correct. But before writing this, did you realise when you sent me that invoice?????? On Saturday!!! That’s why I called and kept calling. Be more professional also on these reply. 2) what about the fact that key was not opening? No answer here? Don’t even try to reach me. It’s your style.
