From moment walked in everyone was smiling, came with my children an Cameron on the bar had no problem asking the chefs if we could order a bacon sandwich for my daughter even though breakfast had ended. An as usual was no problem! Would definitely return, my children love coming for their dinner.

Went for a breakfast with friends on a Saturday morning, admittedly close to the end of breakfast, but they DO an all day breakfast! We were served with breakfast without bacon or black pudding (my own personal choice) and 3 slices of toast between 4 of us. Complained to the guy behind the bar who basically didn't give a flying xxxx and just fobbed us off saying they hadn't unpacked any more bacon when they cooked our meal and it wasn't his problem, no offer of recompense. So in summary I wouldn't bother as the kitchen staff & bar staff can't be bothered. I'd give 0 stars but as that's not an option 1 is the lowest. Would suggest to the management that a bit more staff customer service is in order 😡
